Special Enrollment Period: AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program (MAP)

Given the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are opening up a special enrollment for the AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program and waiving our $250 membership fee. You will only be charged the per member fee based on the package selected.
The enrollment will be effective as soon as possible and run through August 31, 2020 for the 2019-2020 program year. This is also a special opportunity for current MAP programs to add additional members or employees, if needed. We will re-open enrollment for the 2020-2021 program year later this summer.
The Member Assistance Program (MAP) was designed for AmeriCorps State programs to provide 24/7 telephonic counseling to AmeriCorps members and organizational staff. Services for the 2019-2020 program year are provided by our partner AllOne Health in two package options:
Basic Package ($250 AmeriCorps State Service Partner fee + $5/member)
- 24/7 toll-free telephonic access to services for members;
- Unlimited in the moment telephonic counseling services with master’s degree-level counselors;
- Mobile application providing resources and appointment scheduling access;
- Text/Chat Counseling & Coaching
- Video Counseling & Coaching
- Medical Advocacy
- Life Coaching
- Personal Concierge for Everyday Needs
- Work/Life Resources & Referrals
Premium Package ($250 AmeriCorps State Service Partner fee + $10/member)
- All services in the basic package listed above
- Plus three (3) face-to-face counseling sessions with master’s degree-level counselors
Participating programs will have access to:
- Electronic promotional materials for members describing available services. It is the responsibility of the program's primary contact to distribute these materials to their members.
- Reports regarding MAP usage, by request.
- Opportunity for your AmeriCorps members and/or staff to participate in a special professional or personal development webinars.
