  • If your program has an August 1, 2025 start date, you must enroll by July 24.
  • If your program has a September 1, 2025 start date, you must enroll by August 20.

There are two separate enrollment forms depending on who is paying for the program's participation in MAP. Please review and select accordingly. If you are a program and your commission is covering the cost, you should not complete any enrollment. Please confirm with your state or territorial service commission, or contact us to confirm.

Complete the AmeriCorps Program Enrollment Form if your organization is paying to participate. If you are a program and your commission is covering the cost, you should not complete any enrollment.
Complete the Service Commission Enrollment Form if you are a state or territorial service commission and paying for your programs to participate. Commissions can download a template excel spreadsheet to complete their portfolio enrollment.

Please note that we do not collect individual names of your AmeriCorps members or employees.
The program enrolls and is responsible for distributing information to its participants. When enrolling, please provide the organization name and/or program name (if applicable) that your members would use when calling to access services.
