Enrollment Now Open: 2021-2022 AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program (MAP)

We are pleased to announce that enrollment is now open for the 2021-2022 AmeriCorps Member Assistance Program (MAP).

All participating programs (new and re-enrolling) must complete the enrollment form by the following deadlines:

  • July 1, 2021 Start Date: Enroll by June 25
  • Aug. 1, 2021 Start Date: Enroll by July 23
  • Sept. 1, 2021 Start Date: Enroll by August 21

Informational Webinar

We will host an Informational Webinar on Wednesday, June 16 at 4:00 p.m. ET for programs enrolling or re-enrolling to learn about the MAP program and benefits. Register for the webinar.

Benefits & Services

Services for the 2021-2022 program year will be provided by our partner AllOne Health with two different package options available:

Basic Package ($250 AmeriCorps State Service Partner fee + $5/member)

  • 24/7 toll-free telephonic access to services for members
  • Unlimited in-the-moment telephonic counseling services with master’s degree-level counselors
  • Mobile app with resources and appointment scheduling access
  • Text/Chat Counseling & Coaching
  • Video Counseling & Coaching
  • Medical Advocacy
  • Financial and Legal Assistance (30-minute consultations)
  • Life Coaching
  • Personal Concierge for Everyday Needs
  • Work/Life Resources & Referrals

Premium Package ($250 AmeriCorps State Service Partner fee + $10/member)

  • All services in the basic package listed above
  • Plus three (3) face-to-face counseling sessions with master’s degree-level counselors
