We're Hiring a Technical Assistance Manager

America’s Service Commissions (ASC) is seeking an experienced state service commission professional to fill the role of Technical Assistance Manager. The Technical Assistance Manager will play an essential role in supporting and leading technical assistance for state service commissions and AmeriCorps State and National programs including, but not limited to, serving as a content expert on the administration of AmeriCorps State and National grants, supporting in the development and delivery of relevant trainings, facilitating learning calls and work groups, and providing virtual and in-person technical support to state service commission staff.

The Technical Assistance Manager will play a key role in meeting Goal One of the ASC Strategic Plan focused on building the capacity of the state service commission network. The Technical Assistance Manager will join a small, but mighty team that prides itself on delivering a high level of support to its membership. The ideal candidate will be both knowledgeable on and empathetic to the day-to-day work of a typical state service commission.
