Commissioner Highlight: Amy Lea Ezzo, WAIt's time for a commissioner highlight! Today, we're recognizing Amy Lea Ezzo, who has been serving as a commissioner with Serve Washington for nine years. Amy said, "I served as an AmeriCorps ClassMATES member and worked at my university's Office of Community Outreach organizing service projects for students when I was in college, and it was life changing for me. I have also been a program supervisor at various nonprofits where AmeriCorps members have served. Service and volunteerism has been the focus of my career and personal life, and I wanted to be a part of offering that opportunity to others. Bringing an DEI lens to service and our commission is a focus of mine as I take a for community, by community view on impactful service." Thank you for your service, Amy!
